We ship all orders via FedEx ground. All orders placed by 4 PM Eastern time Monday-Friday will go out the same day, any orders after that time will go the next business day. Any orders over a total of $750 will require a signature upon delivery.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico, please contact us for details and pricing before you place your order.
Because of our volume our shipping teams work 24 hours a day so we can not promise any cancellations after our standard office hours. Standard office hours are Monday – Friday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM, and saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern time. Contact our customer service team as quickly as possible for the best possibility of catching the order before it ships.
If a product is damaged or has been shipped incorrectly Galuma Tires & Wheels will cover the cost to bring the product back to our warehouse and ship a new item if the customer would like. Please contact info@galumatires.com with your name, order ID, and description of the issue. A representative will then process return labels and exchange on the product if the customers wishes. If no exchange is needed we will refund the customer once we receive the product back into our warehouse.
